hey guys! im new here *waves* so glad i stumbled upon this forum its full of alot of interesting reads and answers alot of the questions i have from time to time.... and you guys seems so supportive of one another... very cool
My question:
Ive lost 30 lbs in a month,
im still on induction which i plan to continue until i get within 15 lbs of my goal. i have about 60 more pounds to loose.
to be my goal weight which is 125.
I excersize ALOT and I am doing this diet following the rules strictly.
I know they say weight loss slows down alot after the first 2 weeks... but how much exactly? it did slow down a little after the first 2 weeks for me, but im still loosing at a good pace... I would like to loose the 60 lbs by the end of may.
I am 18 yrs old and like i said, im pretty active in working out....
Is that an unrealistic goal?
I think its about 15 lbs a month which im doing fine with right now. but im just worried its going to slow down a whoooole biggg bunch...
