    Okay, here's my question! I think I have just a few pounds to lose but it's so frustrating because they're taking soooooo long, I work out every single day, I have a very very low carb diet, i'm on the dairy rung and I've only increased my dairy intake once since I've been on this rung .. somedays I feel so discouarged, so my question to everyone who's reached their goal weight is, HOW LONG did it take to drop those last few inches? The fat from my arms and waist just ISN'T GOING!

          You might try doing induction for a couple of weeks again. That's probably what I would try. Let me know how it goes. ensive

            Cut your calories. When you get down to the last little bit. Low carb in and of itself is not enough. You have to cut calories too.
