  • Success!!!!!!

Finished my first month on Induction with a total loss of 7 pounds!
Am doing strict induction (water supplements, etc. ) in two week phases. Lost 3 pounds first session, 4 pounds second session (after adding 30 minute daily walk). Feel great and not hungry. Have 93 pounds to go but am celebrating every 5 pounds along the way. I am so jazzed that I finally lost some weight even though I don't really feel it yet in my clothes--actually thought I might have gained. What a great surprise to have lost.

Thank you all for your sucess pictures and stories--They have helped me stay on track when I feel like throwing in the towel.

weigh to go. As you continue eating Atkins your metabolism will heal itself and you will not be so resistant.

Keep up the good work. Hope you joined one of our exercise challenges!

                  Well done
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
                  he said, 'Don't count calories.'
