Well its been awhile since I visited, everyone is looking great. I'm still holding my own with the weight loss.. just wanted to say HELLO to all!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

just stopped by for a little motivation, and conversation with those who understand this WOL. listening to the rest of the world tell me I'm going to die if I keep eating this way, gets old? Well I haven't died yet..lol
! I've been doing it so long now, I don't remember any other way..lol. though I do occasionally allow myself one sinfully decadent desert every few weeks or so
