Need info

Hi All my weight normally goes straight to my face when I gain .For the past few days I have been slowly losing all over but my face .I wanted to ask how long it took you successes to lose your double chin . I need to lose around 70lbs . Sorry if this is a silly question . I am 240lbs and 5ft 8inches

I never really knew when/how it happened, I just looked up from brushing my teeth one morning and it was smaller...

I'm sure it didn't happen over night LOL, but it does happen.

how long have you been on plan?

Hey, I'm not a 'success story' YET, but our stats are similar... I still have a little extra chin but I lost most of mine about 6 weeks in or so... Now my double chin is the least of my worries.... now it's the damn buda belly! lol... Good luck!

Hey there

There was a dramatic difference in my face after I lost 25lbs. If you look at my 'before' picture, it's two pictures down, after I treated myself to a new do!

It won't take long, and like they said...you'll be brushing your teeth or walking by yourself in a mirror or see a picture and be like "w00t w00t!"

i just lost my double chin,when i am only 7 lbs away from my goal it took me some time,but i hope u get to loose your double cin long before that

Back the first time when I was on here and did atkins (a little over a year ago) I lost about 32lbs. I had ALWAYS had a fat face as a kid and even though high school. I always said I didnt lose my babyfat it just migrated to my cheeks.
I think it was about 20lbs lost when I noticed a change. Also about the same time I noticed I had collar bones. Back then I noticed weight loss in my face and hands/fingers faster than I did anywhere else!
