    thanks to you all i really looked at what i was eating, and kept exercising and it eventually worked.

    hw:277.5, sw:270.0,cw:250.0/gw:165

    so far i have lost a total of 27.5 lbs

    thanks everyone

    oh and here was my menu

    breakfast:
    2 eggs
    2 sclices bacon or 2 sausage patties

    lunch
    2 cups salad w/ ranch dresssing
    and meat ( like hamburger pattie w/ cheese or a cheicken pattie)

    dinner

    either the same or i have 1 cup green veggie and some sort of meat

    *** sometimes i put my cheese in the salad

    and i drink atleast 80 onuces of diet green tea and water combined
