My success story before falling off the wagon.

It was a huge success for me, I guess its still counts since I fell off but im back , to do the job this time . From 07/15/04 to thankgiving of '04 I went from 345 to 272 but fell off for thanksgiving and never made it back on. I'm back and redicated now.

Great job. I agree, that getting back on the wagon is 1/2 the battle. My other struggle is having patience. The first time I did Atkins, I lost a full pound almost every single day. This time around, I am doing it so much slower, that its hard to stick with it when the scale isn't as friendly as it used to be!

The scale is so unfriendly the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around. It does make it hard.

i read that for some it is, and i see some people posting say that they didnt notice a difference, i'll let you know in 2 weeks.
