    Thanks all for your comments. For those just starting, I can't say it enough -- just make the decision to stick with it for a couple meals or a couple days. You can certainly do it for a couple more days. Let the diet do it wonders for you -- additional energy, lack of hunger, appetite control, and hopefully weight loss, and it will reenforce you are on the right path.

      Very inspirational and very encouraging, than you Kent for sharing with us. I started with about 150lbs to lose and hoped to do it in 12 motnhs. I now realise that was unrealistic and hope to be at goal by 01 April 2007, which will be about 19 months. I'll just keep coming back and re-reading this!


      I know I'll never go back to gorging on bread and potatoes (my two big weaknesses), this WOE is so much better.

        Kent you look terrific, very cute!! i bet all the girls are mad on you...........

        It's amazing that you stuck to it, and are the living proof for the rest of us who are struggling (well a little) and I wish you all the best with your new look and surely new life!!!!! lol
