Holy....well, you know....lol
Awesome job! I often wonder what it would be like to be so much smaller and healthier in a few months time. The difference in you is AMAZING, simply fantastic.
You look great! Congrats!9/5/04-F/35/5'2"-SW:210-GW:125

I see you started this month. All I can say is congratulations for taking control, and this WORKS! Don't wonder what it would be like- just do it! LOL! It's so much more worth it than any bread, potatoes or sugar. I use to say "I could never give up bread" than I realized how insane I was, LOL!Originally posted by Dream DocI often wonder what it would be like to be so much smaller and healthier in a few months time. I know you are right, I really do. I have to get in gear...this is my 2nd time and it's going much like the first time, nada...lol
I have the worst time with menus. I stink at creating them and I am lactose intolerant which make it that much harder. I can give up bread and sweets no problem, but I am unable to come up with things to eat. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear any.
Thanks!9/5/04-F/35/5'2"-SW:210-GW:125

I'm pretty bad about menus too. Luckily I'm also happy with a boring one (as is hubby) and don't have to come up with a lot. Tacos and Fajhitas (LC tortilla or just in a bowl), bacon cheeseburgers, or just crumbled hamburger fried up with cheese and some LC sauce (add onions for hubby), chicken breast, steak, etc. I hate to cook, if it has more than three steps I give up. LOL! I'll make a meal out of a cream cheese and egg "mock danish". And we keep an ungodly amount of precut salad, and green beans in the house. Gotta have your veggies! I'll also graze on red bell peppers and cauliflour raw instead of cooking. I'm really bad, LOL! And of course, everything is absolutely drenched in butter, oil, dressing and whatever else tastes good while getting our fat intake up. I never thought I'd be saying "I didn't eat enough fat today!" and think it was a BAD thing, LOL! Really I'm just not all that into food anymore. Which I never, EVER could have thought possible. Food use to be my LIFE, I planned my whole day around what I was going to put in my mouth. I've been that way since I was a kid, but before getting pregnant was never more than 20 pounds overweight. Getting off the blood sugar and insulin roller-coaster has completely changed my life. And not just by helping me lose weight. I really mean that!Originally posted by Dream DocI know you are right, I really do. I have to get in gear...this is my 2nd time and it's going much like the first time, nada...lol
