  • My First Week, 9 Pounds Down

    My first week and I have lost 9 pounds!!!! I am able to wear some dresses that were to tight and the buttons would gap open and now they fit ok. I am really trying to exercise more. Saturday I went swimming for 2 hours and Sunday 3 hours. I used a noodle in the pool and it is amazing what kind of exercise you can get out of a noodle. I am still taking the steps at my high rise...88 of them. Just not running up them, walking !!!.
    So far I have found the Atkins to be very easy to follow!! And I also want to thank everyone who has helped me and supported me!!!

    I am looking foward to another GREAT WEEK and my challenge today is 150 oz of water.....76 oz allready down!!!
    My husband said we need to by toilet paper by the truck load!!!!! And that he is glad we have 2 bathrooms.

    Am on day 7 myself - am so glad I started! Now I just wish I'd done it sooner...
