Thanks guys (though it is now over a week later... ) , glad to say the tape measure and scales are still pointing (overall) in the right direction and my fat percentage has dropped 2%
Am trying to exercise more now the sun has emerged - went on an hour long bike ride yesterday and an hour long run today. And have signed up for ab camp June. So I expect to be hurting soon.
