Me and my friend Nick are going to be doing some cosplay (costume display, normally based off of anime and video game characters.. One of his cosplays is the main character from the PS2 game, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. It requires a pair of very tight pants.
Nick, has always been slender, and I have always been jealous of his size. Not only is he taller, but he is very much thinner than I.
Well, I was bored, and he left his costume here. Last night, when he tried on the pants, I looked at his waist and I said "Hey, Nick... Have I ever told you how much I hated you?" (I say it to him a lot, but this time I was referencing to his waist.)
Well, today, before I went into work, I found a pair of jeans my grandfather had given me. They are resized 36's, but entirely too small to be 36's. I tried them on, and they were snug, but they are also a pair of wranglers, so they were snug on the legs.
I looked at my waist, and it looked small.
I tried on Nick's very small pants. And they fit. It was a little struggle on the legs, but the waist was no problem. I just totally made my week, in that brief, 2 minute period. I am ready for anything that this weekend in Dallas will bring.

I love magical, suddenly-fitting pants! The fact that they belonged to someone else, a jealousy-inducing thin person, makes it even cooler.
