I just wanted to share a success story with all of you. Last year in July I weighed some where at or over 260 LBS I was wearing a 44 to 46 size pant. In early august of last year I started atkins. Now I did induction for almost a month. And then I keept my carb count very low for the next 7 months. I did allow myself a gradual increase.
Well now here I am today. I currently weigh 190LBS and I am fitting into size 34 pants. I have not been following atkins 100% over the last 3 or so months but I have maintained the weight off.
One of my largest changes was to diet soda. I use to dring about 2 2liters a day, yep 4 liters of regular soda, sometimes more. I drink much less soda now and I always drink diet. I also eat much smarter now, avoiding food high in wasted carbs such as breads. I will allow bread once in a while.
Over all this DIET is GREAT! I feel like a new person. I would tell anyone on this diet STICK WITH IT, it works, there will be times that it seems you are not loosing weight, we all go through those, but stick with it.
