  • Five weeks In

    I've lost 26 pounds, have never considered cheating on the diet, and am absolutely loving the food I am eating these days.

    Also, five weeks ago I could barely walk ten blocks; the back pain was debilitating and my sore, rarely used leg muscles would carry me no further. So, I started walking a little each day, I started by walking around the building where I work during my breaks. I increased the walks as I regained my strength, and now there seems to be no limit to how far I can walk. A couple of days ago I walked to work, a 90-minute walk at a brisk pace.

    I don't know if this is too early for me to be posting this as a success story, but to be honest, I'm on top of the world. I haven't felt this good in years.

    I have 100 more pounds to go, but there is no doubt I will get there.

          I do call your story a success, look at you, you go girl .....walking and walking. Congrats, and it's not too soon to say that, you have already accomplished so much! I know exactly how you feel, I am just three weeks into this plan and feel exactly as you do! So keep up the good work and you will reach your goals!!! Wish ya the best!!!

            Great job and what an inspiration!!! I have been on the diet since October 20, 2003 and have lost exactly 25 pounds so far, and i am just getting started!!!

              Please share what you have done to loose 25 pounds in one weeks time. Was it diet and exercise? What is your meal plan? :laughing :flowerki:
