    My Atkins Success Video

    Laura was gone the other night and left me home with the kids. One of the things I have been meaning to start video blogging. Sort of Atkins-TV mini-episodes dealing with topics like exercise, food, loose skin, etc... Stuff that sometimes requires more visual responses than perhaps written can provide. It might also reach some people that ADBB can not. Anyhow, I hope you like my first video that I uploaded.

                  That was fabulous. The fact that I'm a huge Van Halen fan made the video even better. Thanks for sharing your journey. You are truly half the man you were.

                        Ok you found me out... I really did it for the plug at the end. Seriously, could I do anything in public and not push or encourage people find out where I discovered how to be successful? It'd be like Jared going out and not mentioning Subway or something.

                          Kent, - GREAT job on the video!!! absolutely awesome!!! I'm looking forward to make a bit of my own flash video when I get down further.. and especially at GOAL that documents my successes!!! Yep, already confident I'll be making one at GOAL... wouldn't have it any other way!!!
