I don't usually read threads in the Success Stories forum. No real reason, but I don't usually get here.

But I was here, and I saw a link to YouTube, which I'm kinda addicted to. oops.

And I wanted to thank you for sharing your video with us.

Today I was feeling kinda tired and cranky and grumpy. I was going to take a miss on my exercise today. But when I watched you melting away, and read about NEEDING to exercise...I knew I had to get moving. So I did.

I'm still tired and cranky and grumpy. But I got my exercise in today.
