    Mini goal reached!

    My first goal was to be able to take my wedding rings off (they desperately needed to be cleaned). Well, they are sparkling like a diamond should. I am so happy. I know that is the first of many good things to come for me.

              That's great!! Its such a good feeling when you actually have something that shows the weight loss besides a scale.

                  Congratulations! You have inspired me to make a goal just to get my wedding band back on my finger. I have gained so much weight since getting married, I cannot even wear my ring. Super job on your goal!

                              I also couldn't wear my wedding ring anymore for the past 3 years and last week i was able to put them back on and spin them around my finger. Yeah!!! It is a great feeling!
