  • Almost there...what a rush!

Well, those last couple of pounds lost inspired me to try on the 'ol "goal" pants...a size 34/32 in my case. Damned if they didn't close...not perfect but quite wearable and I think my jaw hit the floor when I looked in the mirror and the jeans were actually on and fitting.

Wherever the good Dr. is, he has one more loyal supporter thanking him and ready to continue onwards and finish the process over the next few months.

Stay the course ...follow the plan and all will be well. Gotta go...there's a bit of shopping I have to do for some more pants...woohoo!

woo hoo DOn't buy too many as we females have found out you will be even smaller at goal. On Atkins you are smaller but heaveir at the same time ands clothes that were too tight on the way up fit at a large scale weight on the way down thatnls to all the lean body tissue you got now.

Certainly have to agree with THAt 2big! Normally I wouldn't even have attempted this until I was around 190, but I had noticed that the 36's had been loose the last month or so and obviously being human, I decided to try for the goal ones at what seems to be "too soon".

Is there any documented research on just how much smaller we are because of this WOE? As I said, usually I'd go at least another 15 pounds before I'd be at this size in the past...
