I started Atkins 2 weeks ago at 216. This morning I weighed 195. This is too amazing to be true. 
I do have to say that their may be a few factors affecting this number though. First, when I did my first weigh in it was about midday and I was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt. Today, I weighed in first think in the morning minus the sweats and t-shirt which is how I will weigh going forward. Second, when I did my first weigh in I was about a week before my TOM, which may have affected my weight a bit.
Regardless...I'm taking it! I definately can tell some difference when I look in the mirror and my clothes are fitting much looser as well.
