    Re: 5 Years Today

I will hit the 2 year mark next month and this is sooo inspiring!

ttdriver, do you have any before pics?
what was your before and current weight?
when you are running, what do you do to combat boredom?

Unfortunately, I don't have many "before" pix .. I avoided the camera at all costs !! (note to self: wouldn't THAT have TOLD you something?)

I weighed 133 pounds on this teeny tiny frame before Atkins. I am SMALL .. to the point of having a 4" wrist. So being 40 pounds overweight on this body was VERY OBVIOUS.

As for running/boredom .. well, I listen to my Mp3 player all the time; its literally my best running buddy ... I also wear a heart rate monitor and keep track of my HR .. making sure I am in my "fat burning zone" ... I love to run outdoors (a fringe bene of living in Florida and being able to run year round), so I enjoy the scenery of my runs ..

Thanks, everyone for your kind comments! I LOVE ATKINS!
