Well, I'm very pleased. I couldn't wait another day (besides will be out of town starting tomorrow) and measured myself. I've lost 1 1/2" in waist and hips combined, and a whopping 1 1/2" in my thighs!!! I also got on the scale (home instead of doctors) and I'm down to 193!! I weighed myself after breakfast and after drinking some water, fully clothed, to make up for some of the difference between that one and the doctor's scale.
Cravings are gone, other forbidden foods smell good, but don't turn me into Pavlov's Dog. Eric's Ben & Jerry's smelled icky even, and I'm an ice cream addict from long back.

BTW, I'm going to start putting this stuff in my LiveJournal.com entries. Does anyone else use it? If so, I'd gladly exchange Friend status.
