Started March 26th (Monday) at 225 lbs. By Monday, April 9th after two weeks, I was 211. I'm staying on induction for at least another two weeks, perhaps more. Never cheated, but did have a few missteps, like a couple of teaspoons of ketchup, a couple of teaspoons of French dressing and one tiny miniscule of chocolate, so small I could barely feel it in my mouth. Easter went well, bypassed the lasagna and ate just ham, turkey and broccoli. Had sugar free jello for desert.
Here's my problem. In one week, the scale has not moved. Did I blow it with the few bad things I ate? Is this how weight loss works? Fourteen pounds all at once and then nothing for a while?
I have the ketone strips and am still in moderate ketosis. Haven't been able to walk because of the cold weather. I hate cold weather.
Am I just one of those types who can't lose weight? This happened on Weight Watchers - 12 pounds in three weeks and then nothing. LA Weight Loss - 13 pounds in three weeks and then nothing.
How does this work and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong. I'm getting very frustrated!!

You just need to hang in there and be totally faithful to the plan; it works!! Your body needs to adjust after loosing, 14lbs is a lot in 2 weeks! (Congrats!) I bet that if you continue to eat right and drink your h2o you will have a loss this week. Sometimes I won't loose for a week but the next week I will have lost 7lbs! I always take that oppurtunity to consider what I have been eating that might be different and how it may be effecting my loss. Even non-cheat foods can have negative effects for some people. That's why you slowly add things in so you know what you should and shouldn't eat to develope better eating habits for life!
