After many ups & downs, I finally hit the 50lb. milestone today. I've lost 25lbs. since the 1st of the year, and am shooting for 15 more by summer.
I also ran my first 5K race this weekend, and accomplished all 4 goals I set for myself:
1. Complete the race
2. Complete the race w/o stopping to walk
3. Complete the race w/o puking!!!
4. Finish in under 30:00 (29:47)
My next goal is to compete in a triathalon this year.
