  • A little success for me!

It's my weekly weigh-in day! Today the scale had a special surprise in store for me. The number started with a 1 instead of a 2!!!! That's right... I'm done with 200 and never looking back! This also means I made it 20% to goal! My weight this morning was 199.4, so just a smidge under, but I'll take it! Woo hoo! I have only been under 200 3 times in the past 6 years. Last summer my lowest weight since 2000 was 189 pounds. Can I beat that? You bet I can! And 30% here I come!!!!

That's great!! I know from my own weight that when you get to see the starting number 1 it is a reason to jump up and down. We have about the same goals, you are about 1 1/2 inches taller than me. Your going great, keep up the good work and you'll be there before you know it.
