Great Job Greg!! I am going to follow your posts closely. I am at the same weight as you were when you started but my goal is 210lbs. Did you go down any sizes in your waist? I hope I am at 41 Pounds in 4 weeks. This is my 3rd day and I am only looking forward to what adkins can do for me.
The first two weeks I didn't do any (I am a wood carver by trade though so I do move quite a bit during the day) Third week I started walking and the start of the fourth week I added some lifting three days a week.
