  • Week 1 down - Cheat Free!

    Hi Everyone! I love reading everyone's success stories, so I thought I would post my success story in the making

    I started Induction on June 1st, 2007 (last Friday) at 175 pounds. As of today, I weigh 169 pounds. The first week is always the hardest, but I can honestly say that as of today I am feeling fine and "in the groove."

    I know that I have another week to go before I am done with induction, but I wanted to let everyone know that this is possible, and you can do it! Get the book, and follow the diet as described and it WILL work. I can not tell you how many times I have started the diet the wrong way in the last few years and given up frustrated because I was not losing. If you follow the diet how Dr. Atkins described, you will lose weight/inches and feel great!!

    MG3: BMI below 25 (no longer "overweight")
    MG4: 140's
    MG5: 130's
    MG6: 120's

        Great Job, Kerith. Yeah, if you follow the book...it DOES work. Keep it up and you'll be at goal in no time flat.

              Woo hoo - still doing well. The great part of this diet is that fat is melting off - so clothes start looking better right away
