    Hi all,
I mostly lurk here, I was here a few years ago, lost about 80 pounds then fell off the wagon and got run over a few times Gained all the weight back, and now I am back.
I restared Atkins 9 weeks ago. Since then I have lost 45 pounds, 9" off my hips, 5" off my waist, 2" off my neck. I have gained 17 pounds lean body mass!! Today I walked into the store, and bought clothes off the rack!! And it was not the biggest size they carried. I am so excited!!

    THanks
    Amy

Congratulations!!!! 45 pounds in 9 weeks is truly impressive. You're the person in the weight loss ads where they say "results may not be typical"

You have reason to be excited with shopping now, just don't spend all your money in one place

That's a lot of weight! I was wondering what happened that you fell off the wagon, so to speak? How are you going to avoid the same problem as before? Do you think you will not have any problems this time?

              Thanks Guys
              To answer Groves questions,
1)What happened ....one bite Yep the one bite won't kill me, and it killed me I never moved up the runds of OWL last time either.
              2) My mind is in a differnt frame this time. I am on a lifelong eating plan,
3)I am moving up the rungs, and am on rung 4 now.
4)I have learned how to eat out with out making excuses to have something I should not have. I custom order all my food, and ask lots of questions on how it is prpared.
This time is it for good.

              Thanks
              Amy
p.s the new clothes I just bought, I alreaady had to tighten the belt of my shorts

I have a weigh in and measuring tomorrow and I am not looking forward to it. Just feel all bloaty and really feel every pound. Just a bla bla feeling. Am usually raring to go since I started atkins last month but not today.

So here is to you Miss Amy and your success! love to hear more as you progress on your journey.

                cheers,

Goal # 1 Reduce my waist enough so fitting into a pair of jeans will not make me feel like a sausage with a tight string cinched around my bulging waist.
Goal # 2 Have my thighs become less familiar with one another. I am tired of them rubbing up against each other when I walk.
Goal # 3 Be able to see my back without those flabby rolls under my bra line, you know I could store things in those roll creases, a book to read, small toy etc
Goal # 4 Run a 5k in Sept. and continue this WOE.
