You look Fantastic! I'm always thrilled for everyone that looses even 5 pounds but I have such as an admiration for those that needed to drop that 100+ and do it!

Hi.. Posted before but finally figured out how to add the pics to the post. :doh: I've been kinda slackin lately as far as my eating plan is going.. but trying to get refocused and motivated. Sorta depressed I wasted the last 2 months, but trying to put that behind me and just pick up where I left off and keep moving forward. One step at a time I guess, or at least that's what I keep telling myself. I've been doing a lean meats only version of atkins and really limiting my cheese intake quite a bit as well as oils.. and it's been working really well (when I stick to it). Now I just need to get back at it before I end up gaining my weight back.
Me at my start: 310 Pounds or more. (YIKES I KNOW!!)
Today.. 100 pounds down or more... still going. (sorry blk & white.. it's all I had)
