Yay! I finally lost 10 pounds, I am at 166 now. Its day 6 for me! I lost a couple inches off of my waist too! I was also wondering is tap water okay to drink, like out the faucet, I dont like Dasani anymore!!!

Hello! and Congrats on your Weight Loss! im new here and i truly dont know if Tap Water is ok as far as the Board goes... but I did just recently buy something called a PUR Water Filter - it very easily attaches to the Tap at your Sink Faucet, and it Filters out all the Bad Impurities in your communities Tap Water... in fact it Tastes GREAT!!! so IF you are going to drink Tap Water maybe you might want too look into getting a PUR for yourself... it only cost me $20 and i bought it at Walmart...

Anyone drink smart water? Has potassium, I dont know what else no carb no sugar kind of a sports drink,just plain water?
