I can't believe a month has passed already! Obviously the weight loss has slowed, and I'm holding fast at 15 pounds lost.
I leave for Vacation on the 4th of July and won't be back until July 12th. I know it sounds nutty, but I'm going to try and lose 5 pounds while being on vacation! I figure with all the long walks on the beach and staying lowcarb will make this possible
My goal for the first month was to just STICK TO IT! And I made it! I'm so excited! My goal for the second month being on Atkins is to sucessfully complete 1 challenge this forum, and integrate exercise into my daily routine. I have also started a plan I like to call "Operation Hydration," which I use to challenge myself to drink at least 100 oz of water a day!
