Hi everyone, I am new here, and have not posted before this. I just finished one month on the program Sunday, and weighed in at 21 pounds lost. I am really happy with the results and this motivates me to keep on doing it. I had tried doing Atkins a couple years ago, and did lose some weight, but could never make it past the 12 day mark. This time around what I did different was I got really creative with food options. I eat new and different stuff every day so it hasn't gotten boring yet, and after 2 weeks I increased the veggies a little. I haven't been measuring anything, and just sort of eye-balling things, and I stop when I feel full. I drink lots of water, and yes, I do drink one iced coffee in the morning with heavy cream and just a smidgen of splenda. Overall the diet this time around for me has been a breeze, and my sweet cravings/addiction has completely been elliminated. I haven't worked out at all...but yesterday I went to the gym for the first time, and intend on continuing doing the elliptical daily till I lose this weight. I am a total believer....this thing really works for me!
