    25lbs down more to go

    yaahoooooooo ! i will be on the plan for 1 month tomorrow and i have lost a total of 25lbs! i am so excited... i have along way to go but i know i will do it this time. the first weeks was the hardest i dont remember it being so hard and i was tired i didnt feel like that when i did this a few years ago,, anyway i am getting there.thanks to this site i have alot of motavation because i see you all doing the same thing its great! i wish i could figure out how to post a pic ..
