    that is so great---- I have just restarted after a small 20 year break to support my carb addiction---- however I am on day 4 and I am already feel so much better.
    I really rely on the success stories for my most motivation right now.

    I am at 325 currently so I do know the excitment!!!

      I found that to be very helpful... again, congratulations! Well done! You must feel great! Do you ever try to lift that much wt and go! My gosh! that's what I lost! Carrying around that much extra wt was probably exhausting! I'm sure you're noticing a huge difference in energy. I've lost 26lbs so far and that's 2 1/2 10 lbs bags of sugar/or potatoes... it feels like a lot when I try to pick it up! lol! so for you that would be 11 1/2 bags of sugar/potatoes... lol! You must be feeling light as a feather! Congratulations again!!!!

          Michael, I found the same thing. I loved reading everyone elses stories. It kept me motivated and gave me hope. Keep with it. We are here for you.

          Liz, I know! What I was thinking was to go into the hardware store and pick up two 50 lb bags of concrete mix and then go to the grocery store for a 15 lb bag of potatoes. Then just carrry that around all day and see how I feel. A great reminder of what a strain it was on my body and how much better I feel now.

          Mickkey, I feel like that if I can do it, then anybody can! I am 54 years old, so I guess it is still possible to teach an old dog new tricks!!! LOL

            Congrats! That is a HUGE accomplishment. Your family must be so proud. I know for sure you are and so are we. It's funny cuz when you think about it, 114 lbs is like a whole other person. That's the way I saw it when I had to lose 100 lbs. Now just 30 more to go. Please, please send me your skinny vibes. I need em.
