        Greg you have inspired me and it is amazing how close we are from start to our soon to be finish. I myself have started to wear size 36 jeans and XL shirts. I am very proud of you and you do look atleast 10 years younger in your pics. I hope the best to and again I want to say Thank You for helping me!!

                    The only thing other than following the plan religiously was force myself to exercise every day...I think that made a really big difference.

                    The weight loss has slowed WAY down now (as I knew it would) so it will be much more of a challenge now to stay focused and reach my goal.
