Congratulations Tina! Don't wait too long though to move onto OWL. It really is where you are going to learn how to do this WOE effectively. I was worried that I wouldn't lose as fast, but I continued to lose even working up the rungs.

Wow, ptina, you are doing great! I started in June, too, also at 198lbs and now am 184lbs, and am following the plan and exercising. Happy for your success. Sure wish I had your metabolism!!
