I'll post some recent pictures soon! My starting weight was 184. My husband deployed in July, and I weighed in at 180 when he left. He doesn't know about my weight loss!! I have been walking/jogging my daughter to school, doing 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week, and a weight lifting class 3 times a week at the gym. My weight had stalled at 160 for a month. Then my son got sick, and I haven't been to the gym since Friday. Wouldn't you know, I lost 5 pounds in those 5 days that I haven't been to the gym! I don't understand why, but I'll take it!!
Today, I weighed in at 155, and in 6 weeks, my husband comes home. My ultimate goal is 130, but my goal for his homecoming is 140. He has never seen me at 140 pounds. I think I can lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks!
