So, it's been approximately one month since I started Atkins, and I felt like now is a good time to post about the results I've seen so far.
I cheated halfway through the month, and so I had to make up for that. But even so, I've lost:
12 pounds.
2 inches off my waist
1 inch off my chest
1 inch off my hips
And my forearms look skinnier.
Also, I feel a lot better. Before, I had a lot of trouble getting up in the morning. Which is weird because until this year, I've been such a morning person. Now, I have a little less trouble getting up. And I'm less tired during the day. At first, I started breaking out more because of all the fat I was ingesting. But now my skin is pretty clear.
Atkins is amazing. I love this way of eating.
