no scale today......

i was really good today......i am excited to get on the scale tomorrow morning.

Start Date:10/29/07 @ 276lbs

I am 42 now

SW 276lbs / CW 264lbs / GW 190
I am 5'10"

I gained some back but I have regained my focus!!

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
