    50 lbs down!!

    I never would have thought 5 months ago i would still be at the WOE lol let alone having been able to lose 50 lbs!!!!.....I feel so good and I wanted to thank EV1 here that has gave me support over the last 5 months. U no everytime Ive started a "diet" I always dreamed about being able to lose 50 lbs but thought it would never happen in the back of my head. Thats y I'm so amazed to have got here. I'm smaller now than IVE EVER BEEN...goin back to high school i was always the big girl of the group but no more of that lol...but im damned to wear a nice sexy red dress for the holidays!!! and for once experience xmas with my family and enjoy it instead of eating like a pig and feeling like crap lol...anyway im starting to ramble now so ...ill stop lol

    Thanks again every1...were in this together 1 day at a time!!!

    That is truly fantastic, you are an inspiration to others on the board and people who are thinking about starting this WOE/WOL. Congratulations!!!!!!

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
