My family and I started our version of the biggest loser on the 14th of January 2008. We have set individual goals for ourselves for a 3 month period and weekly goals as well. Every week we weigh in and if we do not meet our goals we have to pay 5.00. But for the next weigh in we have to lose what we were suppossed to lose that week plus the what was suppossed to be lost the prior week. So, long story short I was behind 4 1/2 lbs and I met my goal this week. For a total of 21 lbs lost all together. I have also conquered one goal this week of walking 2 miles on my treadmill. I am doing this thing and I am sooooo proud of myself. I just wanted to let others know that IT can be done! Good Luck and God Bless!
