    Hello Onederland!

I've already posted about this in the STAC forum but I am so excited that I wanted to share here too! Today I got to Onederland!! I've lost 25 pounds on Atkins- totally lost, gone forever, never to return! I hit my first mini goal and it feels tremendous. I know I have 50 more pounds to lose but I have lost 1/3 of the weight I want to! Not only have I lost weight but I feel more energetic and I feel HEALTHY! I am exercising, eating vegetables, having faith and confidence in myself. I am making healthy choices for the first time in my life and I can't describe how good it feels. This programme really works. We are all proof! Thank you Dr Atkins and thank you ADBB for helping me get myself on track!

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
