    65 lbs in 7 months - Thankyou

    Hey!

    Just wanted to send out a "Thankyou" to all those on the board.
    This site has been extremely valuable to me for info along my journey.
    Still in OWL, but not for long (everyone says I am too skinny now!)

    Started Atkins August 27th @ 280 lbs Today 215lbs!

      Started Atkins 3/25/2008 Restarted Induction 12/06/2009

      SW-263 lbs
      CW-240 lbs
      TW-190 lbs

      1st Goal-240 lbs MET 1/2/2010
      2nd Goal-215lbs
      Final Goal-190 lbs
