This is a tiny victory, but I'm sure others of you can relate to the surprising small things you've noticed as you go. I've been on induction for less than a week now, and apparently have dropped a lot of the extra water I was toting around under my skin, and I just noticed-- my god, I have CONVEX ANKLES. My ankles (inside) have been dimples for as long as I remember. And now it looks like there are actually bones in my feet.
I think that's neat.
My skin feels healthier too. Less... how to put it. It feels TOUGHER, not like alligator tough, but less likely to be scratched or bruised. More resilient, how's that. Are these changes that other people see early on?
