The recipe said net 1.5 carbs. I know cinnamon is more than 1/2 fiber, but you'll have to run it thru fitday for an exact count. As i said, I don't have a microwave, so I've never made them.
290lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
BTW, if you're looking to incorporate flax into your diet, I mix it with grated parm to "bread fry" chicken, liver, pork chops, etc.
Should i ever get the patience, I'm gonna try onion rings

Thanks for the tip, sounds like a really nice change. My husband eats chicken twice each day and I am trying to find new ways to serve it.
Atkins does rock!! Great job on the weight lost so far and best of luck on all the weight you can lose.
I personally don't have a problem figuring vegetables into the diet. Who can resist a diet that let's you eat.. corned beef and cabbage, steak with salad (at Outback Steak house), stir fry top sirloin with bell peppers and onions along with artichoke and mayo!! Bring on the broccoli with cheese baby! giggles
I'm making myself hungry just typing about it. Tough part is figuring out which I'm going to have for dinner. he he
Have fun eating luxuriously healthy and losing weight!
