Wow thats fantastic! Were you doing induction or OWL? I am really excited for you! You seem like such an upbeat person. I am totally new here. I am starting Sunday or Monday. I have to say that the general attitude and vibe of the people on this board is very full of positive energy. I am so thrilled to see this. You just don't find this on most weight loss forums.. not to this degree. It is so inspiring.

I do a ton of walking..I do the stationary bike..and I do a few of the challenges this board has to offer...abs and squats...
yes..only extended induction..I won't move until I reach goal...Makes sense..to me anyways..lol

Wow! That is an amazing #. I am starting induction tomorrow, would you mind sharing your excercise routine? I assume you are still in induction? Keep up the good work!
I started off walking ..then added the gym to it...
Now I am running....and feel terrific!!
I just stayed VERY strict and focused on the diet...I weighed myself everyday..and enjoyed seeing the numbers go down...almost daily...(until you hit your last 20 pounds) STALL CITY!!!....I think as long as you are true to the lifestyle change, and incorporate exercise (at your own pace and level) you will see the weight you want to lose...literally fall off.....
