SO Stoked!!
I started induction on July 14th 2008.
As of Monday i was 12 lbs lighter, and pretty damn excited about the whole process.
Prior to being on Atkins i was wearing a very tight 14 and feeling pretty uncomfortable in my own skin. I recently got engaged and the last thing I wanted to do was go and try on wedding dresses!!!
Last night with my sister, mum, best friend and i ventured to the bridal store to watch me try on big fluffy tight white dresses, and to my amazment they looked AMAZING!!!! As some of you ladies might know bridal sizing is ridiculous and tends to be 2 sizes larger than your street clothing size, but i fit into a couple size 12 wedding gowns!
I'm beyond elated, and had so much fun last night i just had to share.
If anything this has just spurred me on to do even better, try to eat even cleaner and exercise even more than i am now.
