Congrats on the 3lbs, I also like to weigh myself first thing in the morning, I think it shows your more true weight! Like they say try not to weigh yourself too often sometimes it can be discouraging and might make you stray if you are not seeing the results you are wanting, but hang in there. This diet definitley works!
