    Lost my FIRST FIVE !!! woohooooo

    It nearly happened like overnight! I dropped my jaw when I saw the scale!

    On day 5 of induction and lost the 5 over a 48 hour period!!! Could my scale be wrong??? I must have re-weighed 10 times!

    OMG!

    I GET TO CHANGE MY TICKER FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!! THIS IS FUN STUFF!

    actually no i don't think that your scale was wrong,that's how it is when your on the atkin's program,i lost 8 pounds on my first week of induction!so congratulations on the five pounds!!!
