i guyz it,s me tamzin here just to give you an update on how i,m doing, well it,s my day 30 and 1 month on this beautiful life changing way of eating so here go,s
day 1, 267.5 lbs**** 120.8 kg **** 19.1.1 st
day 30, 245 lbs**** 111 kg ******* 17.7 st
bust***** waist***** stomach**** hips
125 cm*** 134cm *** 143cm ****130 1/2 cm
114cm****116 1/2 *** 131 1/2 ***120 cm
BMI was 46.4 **** now is 42.1
well i think i,ve done ok i,m also doing callanetics tone up my body and today i,ve started exercise on my stationary bike plus i also do biking outside as well 4 /5 days a week i hope to acheive 40 mins atleast at home with biking to improve my already high rate of losing fat what do you guyz think ???
