I have no idea how much, or if I lost any weight, but after only 4 days, my clothes fit better, and my belly doesn't touch my steering wheel!

2nd goal... hopefully 275 by May 15th, 2009
Ultimate goal 180 by sometime in 2010.

Atkins start weight – 347 (July 19, 2008 )
(100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day )
